If a file will not open, will not play, or is not what this page said it was, we fix it or refund it — same day, no argument.
A £2.50 book is not worth anyone's afternoon. We would rather refund ten people than make one of them justify themselves.
How
- Tell us what happened. You do not need to prove it.
- We reply with either a working file or a refund.
- Refunds go back the way you paid.
The legal right, separately
You normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. Because your download starts immediately, you confirm at checkout that you want it to and that you understand you lose that right when it does. That is a legal formality; the paragraph above is our actual policy, and it is more generous.
